My journey

I started a journey five years ago, and I discovered that they are not only alive but luckily I am in life, I discovered that if they were not hidden in the closet of indifference would have much to give us, I discovered that thanks to them I learned the art of living not to be "normal" but only myself, I was taught that you should not be afraid of the wheelchair because it allows the travel in the life led by fellow adventurers.
I think that deep down every one of us is unique and unrepeatable. Surely the disease is an indispensable part of a person but is only one side of the person, there's more behind, feelings, thoughts, emotions, dreams, projects ....
Please stop thinking "poor thing is already disabled at least let us tell him that is special," A disabled person does not need pity. Pity the offense. We learn instead to look at the disabled person in the eye, we come to know as we would with any other person and do not let us pause a moment before of the beyond.
We should all start from the idea that such a young disabled person has exactly the same needs as any other young ... get out, making plans, dreaming, having fun, going to concerts and not lead the other hand, (as often happens) a life only by "sick".
